4 sprigs of basil
3 small tomatoes
1 box of 150 g of tuna in brine
120 g pitted black olives
360 g mozzarella special cooking
12 slices of wholemeal bread
2.5 c. tablespoons of olive oil
Cook the eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes and then cool them in cold water, and écalez them aside.
Wash the basil, dry, thin it and chop it.
Wash the tomatoes, dry them, cut them in half, remove the seeds and cut into thin slices.
Drain the tuna and flake it. Coarsely chop the olives with a knife.
Chop the mozzarella into thin slices.
Spread 6 slices of wholemeal bread side by side on the work surface, brush them with a brush of olive oil, sprinkle with chopped basil, then cover with thin slices of mozzarella and some special cooking tomato slices, give a turn of the pepper mill.
Crumble the tuna on top, add the chopped black olives and finish with a few slices of mozzarella. Brush the remaining 6 slices of bread with olive oil on one side and close the sandwiches. Store them in pairs in a croque-monsieur machine, close the appliance and let it cook until the cheese just begins to melt.
Cut the sandwich into two triangles hot, add half a hard-boiled egg on top of each bite, a black olive and a small basil leaf. Enjoy on.
Variation: If you do not have machine croque-monsieur sandwiches slide under the broiler, time to see the bread until lightly browned, then flip and fry the other side the same way.
